Raindance AI Privacy Policy
How account details, portrait inputs, and generated videos are handled.

Information used by the service
Raindance AI uses your account name, email address, session cookies, credit transactions, and generation records to operate your workspace. Payment providers process billing information; the application does not store full payment card numbers.
Portraits and video processing
Selecting a photo first creates a local preview. A short-lived draft can be stored in your browser so login and checkout do not erase your work. Drafts are treated as expired after thirty minutes and are cleaned when the draft storage is accessed. Signing out clears the current tab's draft.
When you submit a generation, the service uploads the required portraits and sends temporary access links, the scene reference, and editing instructions to the video provider. The implemented pipeline uses Kie to access MiniMax H3, Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, HappyHorse 1.1, PixVerse V6, and Grok Imagine Video 1.5. Reference-video models receive the configured licensed footage. PixVerse also uses Kie Seedream 4.5 Edit to create a two-person keyframe from your portraits before video generation. The generated keyframe may be stored with your task for preview and recovery. The provider processes the inputs under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not upload documents or sensitive information unrelated to your video.
Uploaded inputs and saved results use an account-restricted workspace and a dedicated private storage bucket. Downloads are authorized against the task owner before temporary access links are issued. Your photos and results are not published as a public gallery by this application. Someone who receives a temporary download link may access it until it expires.
Retention and deletion requests
Generation records and stored media are retained to provide task recovery, downloads, billing support, and abuse investigation. Deployment storage lifecycle settings may remove older media. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline that the deployment has not enabled. Contact support through your account's Tickets page to request removal of uploaded media or account information; necessary billing and dispute records may need to be retained.
Other services and cookies
Authentication providers receive the information needed for the login method you choose. Hosted payment services receive the information needed to process your order. Analytics or support services may be enabled by the site operator. Session and preference cookies support login, language, and theme choices.
Security and questions
The service uses access checks and temporary links to limit access to your workspace. No online system can guarantee absolute security. For questions about your records or a privacy request, open a support ticket from your account. The operator will review the request and any applicable retention requirements.
