Raindance AI Terms of Service
Rules for portrait generation, credits, payments, and downloads.
Last updated: 2026-10-06
Using the service
Raindance AI is an independent creative tool for short videos guided by portrait photos and, for supported models, a licensed video reference. It is not affiliated with the artists, record labels, or social platforms associated with the Raindance trend. Use the service only if you accept these terms and are permitted to enter the agreement.
Authorized portraits and acceptable use
You must have the right to upload each image and permission from each depicted adult to use their likeness. The current generator is intended for adult portraits. Do not submit minors, unauthorized public figures, sexual content, harassment, deceptive impersonation, or material that violates another person's rights. Do not bypass access controls or attempt to access another user's tasks.
Generations and quality
Review the model, duration, role assignments, and displayed credit cost before submitting. AI results may contain changes to faces, clothing, hands, timing, or motion. Model names and concept previews do not guarantee likeness or precise lip synchronization. Review the completed result before sharing. Both Seedance models are requested with audio disabled. PixVerse offers an audio option with a different credit cost. MiniMax H3, HappyHorse 1.1, and Grok Imagine Video 1.5 may include native generated audio; these selected interfaces do not offer an audio-off switch. No original song recording or artist voice is included or promised. Access to music in another application depends on its catalogue and terms.
Credits and checkout
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the selected amount and interval until cancelled through Settings → Billing. Monthly credits arrive after each confirmed monthly payment; yearly credits are granted together after each annual payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. The server determines product prices and generation credit costs. Charges vary by model, resolution, duration, and available audio settings. Reference-video quotes include measured source duration as well as output duration. PixVerse includes a separate 6-credit keyframe preparation stage. Introductory credits are capped at 30 and may not cover every model. Catalog prices exclude taxes where applicable; review the final checkout total. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the order and the service verifies the collected currency, amount, taxes, billing interval, and live payment status. A payment that cannot be safely reconciled may remain pending for support review. Test-mode payments do not grant credits for live generation. A return from checkout alone is not payment confirmation. Promotional credits may expire; check the account's credit records. Purchased pack and subscription credits have no application-configured expiry. Cancellation stops future renewal; already granted credits remain available.
Provider-confirmed technical generation failures restore the applicable task credits. For PixVerse, if a prepared keyframe is successfully saved and made available, its 6-credit preparation charge remains payable even if video creation later fails; only the remaining video-stage charge is restored. If preparation fails before delivering a saved keyframe, the entire task charge is restored. A completed clip with visual imperfections is not automatically treated as a technical failure. If a submission's acceptance is unknown, contact support with the task reference; the service will not automatically submit it again or refund it before reconciliation. Credit restoration is distinct from a refund of a payment. Questions about an unused purchase or an incorrect charge should be raised through support for review.
Accounts, media, and support
Keep your login credentials secure. Downloads require access to the owning account, and stored media availability depends on the deployment's retention settings. You may request account or media removal through the Tickets page. The operator may restrict access for misuse or suspend unavailable generation features. The application and its original materials belong to their respective owners; no music rights are transferred by purchasing credits.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Contact support through your account for billing, task, or usage questions.
